We prefer to begin each project by meeting the client to discuss their needs and agree expected outcomes for the project. As a follow up to this preliminary meeting we will prepare and provide the client business with a Terms of Reference, which includes a clear plan of action and the proposed fees.
Assignments will commence upon written acceptance of the Terms of Reference.
