Paddy Devlin (MCIM)- Principal Founder

Prior to setting up Devlin Associates Management & Business Consultants in 1999, Paddy Devlin had worked with in a variety of businesses including indigenous SME's, blue chip companies and individuals.

With more than 15 years industry experience before entering the consultancy field, Paddy has gained excellent management and business expertise as well as practical experience of all the day-to-day issues facing companies seeking to grow and develop.

As Sales & Marketing Manger for `Genesis`- N. Irelands largest craft bakery and `Provita Eurotech Ltd`- producer of natural animal health products, Paddy was responsible for the successful development of both brands between 1994 and 1999.

As a consequence of his career experience, Paddy decided to set up Devlin Associates to offer a range of practical results based consultancy and training services to small to medium sized companies cross Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

The core competencies of Devlin Associates are in the areas of Sales & Marketing but with an extensive range of associates, we can provide solutions in all the key business functions including production, finance and human resources.
